Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product availability. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping may take 3-10 business days for domestic deliveries and 7-20 business days for international deliveries. Estimated delivery times can be found at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Most items are eligible for return or exchange within 14-30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some items (e.g., perishable goods, customized products) may be excluded. For more details, please check the “Returns and Refunds” section or contact our customer support.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can update the shipping address by logging into your account and modifying the order details. If your order has already been processed, please contact Customer Support immediately for assistance. Please note that once shipping has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can click the link in the email or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) to track your package. You can also check the order status in your account under “Order History”.

Items from the same order are usually shipped together, but if they are sent from different warehouses or have varying stock availability, they may arrive in multiple packages. In such cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided. You can check the shipping information in your order details.
